Reteta am vazut-o la Maya si mi-a atras atentia remarca fiicei ei, care spunea despre aceasta mancare (care are un nume imposibil de pronuntat pentru mine) ca arata de parca a mai fost mancata o data :))

Intr-adevar, oricat te-ai stradui, nu poti sa ii faci o poza decenta. Dar cu toate astea am deci sa o public pentru ca a fost incredibil de delicioasa si e pacat sa pierdeti ocazia de a gusta asa ceva.

Iata ingredientele:

500 g file de peste
100 g morcov
1/2 ardei gras rosu
1/2 ardei gras galben
2 catei de usturoi
1 ceapa
3-400 g spanac
250 ml sos de rosii
ulei de masline

Toskanapfanne is a recipe I found at a fellow Romanian blogger (Maya) and I was very amused by her daughter’s saying that this food looks as if comebody has already eaten it once :)). Nevertheless, this recipe turned out to be so delicious that I decided to publish it regardless of the poor photographs.

Here are the ingredients:

500 g fish file
100 g carrot
1/2 red pepper
1/2yellow pepper
2 cloves of garlic
1 onion
3-400 g spinach
250 ml tomato sauce
salt and pepper
olive oil

In hot oil fry the onion until it turns glassy, add the fish and fry it gently.
Add over them the vegetables, the spinach and the tomato sauce and if you fancy, you can add sour cream as well.
Let it boil a little bit, until the meat is soft and serve with hot polenta.
