Caliti ceapa tocata marunt impreuna cu morcovii taiati rondele pana cand acestia din urma lasa culoare. Adaugati peste cartofii taiati cuburi si lasati sa se caleasca usor, adaugand peste ei faina si amestecand in continuu.
Stingeti cu apa si lasati la fiert.
Cu jumatate de ora inainte sa-l luati de pe foc adaugati smantana si patrunjelul verde.
