Preparati mai intai dressingul amestecand toate ingredientele si lasati-l sa stea cat timp preparati salata. Fierbeti pastele, fasolea verde si ouale.
Pe un platou asezati mai intai rosiile taiate felii si stropiti-le cu putin dressing. Peste asezati fasolea verde si pastele. La final, goliti peste toate aceastea conserva de ton si asezati deasupra ouale taiate felii. Stropiti din belsug cu dressing. !!! Chiar daca sunteti tentati sa consumati aceasta salata rece, incercati sa o mancati calduta – aroma este deosebita! 🙂
***Mediterranean Pasta Salad225 g pasta175 g green beans2 large ripe tomatoes200 g tuna fish in oil2 hard-boiled eggs For the dressing6 tblsp olive oil2 tbsp wine vinegar2 crushed garlic cloves1 tbsp Dijon mustard2 tbsp chopped basilsalt and ground pepper Start by preparing the dressing whisking all the ingredients together and let it rest while you prepare the salad. Cook the pasta, green beans and boil the eggs. In a large serving bowl, place the sliced tomatoes and moisten with a little dressing. Add the pasta and the beans. On top arrange the tuna and the sliced eggs, and spoon over the remaining dressing.
